Elta Fans Malaysia hosts agents from across 17 countries

The Elta Fans Malaysia team welcomed representatives from across 15 countries in a sales and marketing conference held in Kuala Lumpur this week.
Over 30 guests were in attendance travelling from countries including Vietnam, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Hong Kong, Philippines, Bangladesh, Singapore, South Korea, Myanmar, Australia, Thailand, India, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom.
Covering Elta Groups new Sustainable Paradise campaign which focuses on their high performance, low energy air movement solutions, the conference was designed to aid in working towards a more environmentally focused building solutions in the HVAC industry in Asia.
“The conference was a fantastic opportunity to engage with our agents on our strategies and the growth and development of all our businesses in SEA,” commented Managing Director of Elta Fans Malaysia, Peter Lester.
“We pride ourselves on the relationships we build with our agents throughout the South East Asia region and being able to bring them all together in one place to work towards a common goal was a fantastic opportunity”
The two day conference covered topics such as sales techniques, marketing initiatives, and competitive strategies. Elta Fans also took the opportunity to pay homage to some of their most long-standing agents, who have been supporting the business well before the Malaysian factory was opened in 2006.
“Some of our agents have been supporting us for over 30 years. It was a great privilege to be able to show them our gratitude for all the hard work they have put in to getting the Elta Fans name out in the Asia market”, finished Lester.
The event was deemed successful for all parties and will become a recurring event on the Elta Fans schedules in future years.
