Design
Lightweight construction designed for a wide range of duct mounted applications. Units can be mounted in any position and feature and easy to fit flange connections.
Testing
All units are tested to ISO5801:2007 (airside performance) and BS848:Part 2, 1985 (sound performance).
AMCA Approved
Elta Fans Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. certifies that the Powerline Ultra series of direct drive inline mixed flow fans shown herein are licensed to bear the AMCA seal. The ratings shown are based on tests and procedures performed in accordance with AMCA Publication 211 and comply with the requirements of the AMCA Certified Ratings Programs. Performance certified is for installation type D: Ducted inlet, Ducted outlet. Speed (RPS) shown is nominal. Performance is based on actual speed of test. Performance ratings do not
include the effects of appurtenances (accessories).

Casing
Galvanised steel housings with 35mm TDF profile flange connections and mixed flow impeller made from high performance injection moulded composite plastic material.
Motor
Built with standard drive motors the PowerlineⓇ Ultra Series features sealed for life ball bearings and three-phase electricity supply to suit a wide range of frequencies and voltages. Internal thermal protection can also be added to standard frame motors as an optional extra as required.
Control
To improve energy efficiency, standard direct drive motors can be single or multi-speed and can be speed-controlled using a variable speed drive.
