Elta Fans are committed
to conforming to the highest standards

We hold a number of internationally recognised accreditations and certifications. We are also active member of professional organisations that help shape and direct research, legislation, trends and issues.

AMCA Certified

Our axial technology undergoes constant testing, improvement and development. To date, we have over 800 axial fan models that have been tested in accordance with AMCA standards, with more products and ranges tested continually.

Our British laboratory is accredited by AMCA International as being qualified to test in accordance with ISO 5801.

ATEX Certified

Our range of ATEX fans is designed and built to the exacting area, zone and category requirements.

The range has been manufactured to meet the requirements of the ATEX Directive, IEC standards and EN14986. We have a comprehensive range of solutions for hazardous applications. They all carry the proper equipment marking for its zone.

Our ATEX / IECEx Fans

British Standards Institution

The 1980s saw the introduction of new British Standards for the testing of fans. Considerable investment was put into creating our own research and development of our laboratory built to international standards. We were the first ventilation company in the world to meet these new standards.

Since then, we have been testing our own and our competitor’s fans, accumulating what must be the most comprehensive range of third party accredited fan performance data in our industry.
