The FlexLine Series of backward-curved centrifugal fans has been developed for ducted applications requiring high pressures. They are available in various speed options and 8 sizes, extending from 315 to 710mm diameter.
Features and Benefits
The FlexLine Series feature a single width, single inlet housing design. The units can be used for a wide range of applications requiring high pressures for air filtration or long duct runs.
Thermistors can be supplied on request.
All units tested to BS848:Part 1, 1980 (airside performance) and BS848:Part 2, 1985 (sound performance).
The FlexLine Series have galvanised steel housings with 35mm TDF profile flange connections and a spun aluminium inlet cone.
The units feature highly efficient backward-curved centrifugal impellers.
The fans are built with standard TEFC squirrel cage induction motors with sealed for life ball bearings. The motor is available in three-phase to suit a wide range of voltages and frequencies. Motors to meet Ex d, Ex e, Ex nA and Ex tD standards can be fitted to some models.
The standard motors are speed-controllable using variable speed drives. Multi-speed motors can be supplied.
